As we approach the end of a year, a decade actually, I think it's important to look back at the year gone by and highlight our wins. Bringing positive energy from the "I did this" moments of the past year is important as we look to the beginning of a new one. 

It's also a great time of year to do an inventory of your energy, your calendar and what little changes you can make in the year ahead that will create a massive impact in the long run of your life.
